Generation Y Volunteer Report
There’s an overwhelming amount of information about engaging generation Y out there in cyber space. But how relevant is it to your organisation or situation? Volunteering Tasmania’s Youth Project is based on research undertaken within Tasmania.The findings are based on what organisations and young people are saying about volunteering and is being used to:
- Promote the benefits of young people volunteering
- Educate young people about the diversity of volunteering roles
- Assist community organisations in engaging young volunteers
- Address barriers to young people volunteering
- Influence decisions concerning young volunteers
